I appreciate there have been similar questions on this site but some answers are a little confusing. My mother is retired, she has no mortgage; her house being currently worth approx. �65 - �70K. She is wanting to transfer the house deeds into my name as a gift. Can this be done? How difficult is this to do and how much would it cost? Many thanks.
