Help Needed

Just uploaded my photo on Gravatar.com - can't seem to find it in my profile.

Also where is the 'check box' ?

go to "my profile" then "edit" and there's a tick box at the top of the page.

you may need to hit control f5 to see the changes.

Rate it as g gravatar only accept g rated avatars,back to my profile,edit user details,activate,submit.

I also had to click on the Submit at the bottom of the My Profile page. Took about 15 minutes for it to show, but it did eventually

Im having the same problem...theres something there under the "Your avatar is inactive" but its not clickable --- ahh well i'll keep trying

DEN this was identified for some people a few days back, apparently you click next to the words as if the box was there (it still thinks it is but you can't see it) - it worked for some, give it a try. You have to tick submit at the bottom of your details page too?

Other people have posted that you click the check box even if it isn't there ie click the space where it might be. Don't know how you're supposed to know where to click but as i said i've seen that mentioned more than once. Try a search on the site.

DEN, why not try what jackdaniels did, when you go into edit profile, at the top where it says 'your avatar is inactive' click just to the left, and hopefully you'll hit where the box should be! and it'll change to 'your avatar is active'.........don't forget to click submit at the bottom of the page if this works.................good luck

Yep once youve gone to Gravatar, come back here...Edit profile, and click just under where it says Your Avatar is inactive...a little dotted box should appear...then go to the bottom and click submit
thats when the image should appear
