Car Finance

I have a car on finance in my name and I want to transfer the car and the finance to my brother. Is this possible and how do I do it?

This can only be done if the Finance Company/Bank will agree. It is called a Novation and just changes the name on the Finance Agreement. You can ask them, they may say yes but would need to check your brother's credit record first.
