Had a really heavy downfall a couple of hours ago and it's now going very dark again so expecting another one - Cheshire.

Brill sunshine and about 30° in the shade here, lovely.
33 deg and not a cloud in the sky, North Herts.
UK rainfall as at about a quarter of an hour ago:

Predicted rain just arrived!
No rain here, just feels too hot.
Hope it's moving south. My garden is waiting.
Veggies and fruit need it Ont allotment.
Not here in the south-east. Its been another baking hot day. A nice drop of rain would be very welcome .
Not yet, as steamy as a Calcutta brothel down here at the moment.
Weather feeling very close here in Manchester Gina, we've had a couple of light showers, I think it's predicted here between 3.00am and 6.00am!
West Yorkshire: a few miserable drops this morning, and the same this afternoon, but nothing like what we should have had.
Clouding up now but still very hot over 30 deg and high humidity! .
Just talked to a neighbour who has an allotment . He said it is so hot his strawberries have literally cooked on the plants and are now uneatable .
Nothing here in S E Wales been hot all day
Nothing yet in the north-east.
No rain on the horizon...but I've just been out with the dog...the sun has disappeared, it's rather overcast and strangely misty/murky, and chilly! There's a real chill wind. Positively weird after the heat earlier
Nothing in the West Mids yet, wish it would though.

Georgiesmum @ 18:20, I thought you were in or near Clacton which is in The East of England. The South East is South of the Thames.

Don't know why that ^^ didn't print text, never mind
