The Met police said "it was'nt a matter for them and they won't be investigating it"Well I hope they at least put pen to paper and write a Damage/Only RTA report.Someones railings will cost a pretty penny to replace plus damage to the frontage of the property.May be not a hint of DANGEROUS or Reckless driving??
