buiness vehicle

is it the drivers responsability even though its not his business vehicle and will he gets ponits on his license without the road tax?

It is the responsibility of the Registered Keeper to ensure that their vehicle is continuously taxed (otherwise under SORN) and displaying a valid Tax Disc if used or kept on a public road. However all drivers have an obligation to ensure any vehicle they drive complies with prevailing laws and regulations.

The offences are not endorseable, therefore neither RK nor driver will receive points.
