business presentation

have to do a business presentation for a company that is taking over a business where we are a concession, they want us to do improvements etc, but this is first time for me and dont have much idea how to do one , dont want to look unprofessional so if anyone can guide me in right direction would be grateful. have microsoft office but been unable to download the template off there dont know what im doing wrong but new to all this and am getting on a bit ha. any advice appreciated.
