Kwikfit MD address for complaint??

Hello all. Could any of you please give me a high up place for me to complain to within Kwikfit?
They have damaged my car due to neglidgence and no one within firm keen to help me out!

JB9000		(Mon 16:26 19/Feb/07) Question Author I recieved a letter from them telling me they dont have a contact number for me (i wrote all contact details with my letter)??! I called the number on the letter and surprise surprise no answer!!! so i called another number for them and gave them a number to call me....... Still waiting! If thats not taking the p#*s i dont know what is!!! Legal action will be taken; Small claims court followed by contacting the local paper then calling Watchdog, they cannot be allowed to treat people in the way that they seem to!! I encourage you to do the same. j
jay_jg		(Tue 11:31 20/Feb/07) I spoke ti Head office to day, and they are saying their address is in Broxbrun, and NOT manchester? I am sending a letter today. Out of intrest what did you say in your letter, I have never sent a letter like this before. Thanks Jamie
JB9000		(Tue 16:05 20/Feb/07) Question Author I just stated the facts & how i felt, i also stated that i hope a resoloution could be met so i did not have to take matter any futher. All this does not seem to be getting through to them though :( the Broxborne address is their complaints dept so dont expect much from them. I sent letter to both, awaiting response from address given earlier in thread. Good luck! j

JB9000		(Thu 18:34 08/Mar/07) Question Author I've had that letter twice! he'll phone you (if you are lucky) and try to fob you off by doing the bare minimum if he's same guy spoke to me =( let me know? good luck!
jay_jg		(Mon 09:11 12/Mar/07) He rang me Friday, he said all I could do is ring the Police, as it is the managers fault not Kwikfits, I told him I paid Kwikfit not the manager, and the manager is working on behalf of Kwikfit. All he kept saying was talk to the Police. I said I have, and that I have a crime reference number. Next step will be another letter saying I will take them to court. The man who called me was Claudio.
