Snacks

Other than fruit and veg, what low cal snacks can people recommend?

I eat fruit mid-morning and rarely crave a snack in the afternoon, but after my evening meal I have a yoghurt and am sometimes looking around for a snack mid evening.

What works for you when this happens?

make up a sugar free jelly and add fruit to it, can lie in your fridge and eat over a few days.
