Reduce love

I've been experiencing this big crush on Tom Daley for a few weeks now; it's hard living because I always find myself thinking about him - listening to music (singing to him), imagining things (Tom enters the imagination).

So how can I reduce my love because I know I'll probably never meet him (although I have as much chance as anyone else although he lives a city away from me).
Any tips or advice to help reduce this feeling? It's killing me loving him because it's interfering with my life

Help!

everyone gets a crush when they are young. It's a natural part of growing up.
It won't last....and in the meantime, take your mind of him by doing a hobby or sport and get to meet real people instead of someone unatainable.

ha-ha, very funny 'RAGGY ROMAN' (!)

I shall try daniela, I understand the concepts of developing a crush, it's just I hate to experience it (especially so with someone who, as you said, is unattainable) - well, there's the possibility but yeah, I shall do something good

Velvetee, Tom Daley is an Olympic diver; he is 14 (a year younger than me) and lives like one city away (not that you may have needed to know that)

Bide your time and it will pass. Honest.
For example I dont still fantasise about moving to America and 'bumping into' Face off the A-Team like I did when I was 14 !!
