How about 'podophile'? (Not to be confused with 'p�dophile', of course!) Most such words are made up in this way from the appropriate Greek root words

Paraphilia is a general term for arousal from a particular object.  Fetishism is a branch of this.  As is Partialism which is a festishistic behaviour characterized by sexual arousal by specific body parts.

I would imagine that foot fetishist, sounds better than a partialismist or a paraphiliac (if those words exist).
