well now!
Went to see doctor today with my 5.20.p.m. app.
Last week i was in pain with shoulder, forarm, tingling in fingers, knee pain etc. After waiting for one week, it was nearly all gone and didnt know what to tell the doctor, and felt stupid trying to tell her what had been wrong with me the previous week --typical ay.
She has said that its artharitus and do excercises and what not, and if it appears again, will take it from there.
So I'm quite happy, even though I came out with a flu jab that I didnt ask for , and My chlorestral has gone up from 3.5 ---4.1

ah thats ok. I couldnt just ask you what you think and not reply. many thanks for caring to answer! i felt such a fraud when at the doctors, but its put my mind to rest for a while.
I hope the ailments dont come back for a long long time. lol.
