for 6-8 months now ive experienced numbness all over - started in my hands went to my forearms, then to my upper arms then to my shoulder all gradually. then that went, and started in my upper right leg, then to my foot, to the point where i couldnt even walk properly. then that went, then started in my lower back at the sides and sometimes my upper back, never at the same time. then that went. now i get it totally randomly, anywhere in these parts of my body.

im curious to know, this only seemed to have started since they changed the uniform at work... could it be some kind of reaction to the fibers of the material the uniform is made from? recently the symptoms have been getting worse - effecting my breathing. i feel short of breath, light headed and a little dizzy, becoming lathergic and tired.

im convinced this is to do with the uniform as this never seems to happen at home... only at work. i dont feel stressed so its not that. either a reaction or the onset of MS or some virus thats gonna kill me...

i forgot to mention chest pains also. i have suffered with chest pains before, due to a random inflammatory thing... but recently these chest pains dont feel like this inflammatory condition. that condition makes it feel hard to breath, but i can actually breath, recently ive become short of breath when these symptoms start, which is totally different.

ive been to casualty with it and as usual, they never find anything wrong, although they last time thought it was a P.E - they did an xray and decided it wasnt.

im starting work this morning. ive been up since 0230 and been symptom free. ive put on my uniform... and already my hands are starting to feel numb...

btw i should explain the numbness - its only skin surface numbness, not deep numbness, as in, if someone stabbed me, id deffinatley feel it! same with hot and cold tempretures i can feel, and when i prick myself with needles i still feel it. its only numbness, no pins and needles, no rash, no swelling (although it feels like it, but thats only a side effect of numbness, like when you get an injection at the dentist)

im supposed to see a neurologist next month, but tbh i cant really be bothered. i know they wont find anything. they already did a nerve condction study and said everything was fine...
I think you need to discuss this further with your gp. looking at some of your previous posts, you seem to have a lot of symptoms, but no answers. you might benefit from some psychological support.
Yes Danny you really need a long chat with your doc.
We can't solve anything for you here, we listen with a sympathetic ear but your gp is the one to help. Book a double slot with him/her where they'll have time to listen.
Good Luck.
