I am struggling to keep to my target weight as I lost over 7 stone at slimming world.
I have changed jobs from a very active one to one that can be sat about alot more.
I am doing exercise etc but can only fit 2 or 3 sessions in a week.
I just find myself wanting to eat more but it is still healthy, I seem to eat less in the summer. Do other people find this ??

I have more hot food in winter specially soup. 'Cream of Tomato'....lovely!
I'm the same lil, always want to eat more in winter - but your body does burn off more I think because it's trying to keep you warm. Soup is a great filler, and jacket potatoes. It's annoying though! We move more and eat less in the summer and the opposite in winter!
i go for comfort food more but as i walk to and from work each day i get my exercise in (well that's my excuse anyway)
Try making some chunky home made veg soup and eating it with a large chunk of wholemeal bread. It will fill you up, is healthy and lovely with it. It's so easy to make - I made a huge amount and freeze. Also hot porridge with fruit and some honey will keep you going for ages. It is normal to eat more in the winter. It's inbuilt and is a survival mechanism.
Eat Spicy Food

There is evidence to show that spices, especially chilli, can raise the metabolic rate by up to 50% for up to 3 hours after you’ve eaten a spicy meal.

Drinks containing caffeine also stimulate the metabolism, as does green tea.

Also...keep the heating off as much as possible. You use calories trying to keep warm. If you've noticed if your feet are cold you feel cold so put a blanket on your legs and let your body heat the rest of you up.
Fab advice ummmm!! Bring on the chilli!!
Yep, feet, hands and head is where we need the heat. So wear a hat, gloves and woolly socks all the time. And wrist warmers are apparently brilliant.

I now fancy some chile concarne!!!
Black pepper works as well. Both chillis and black pepper seem to be addictive so the more you use them the more you want or can handle.

I wouldn't wear hat and gloves...lol
What about ear muffs and leggins then ummmm LOL
I'm presuming her house isn't windy...lol
We eat loads of black pepper. Love it!!

Her house will be very windy with all that chille, especially if it's full of beans!!!!
I always want to eat more in the winter and I'm currently addicted to a spicey lentil soup I make as it makes me feel warm and cosy.
Recipe please China!! Mr LL hates lentils so I could have it all for myself!!
