Best way to reduce cholesterol is to post lots and lots of questions about how to reduce cholesterol.

All the finger movement stimulates the circulation, which breaks down your cholesterol deposits.

Honestly Jayne.....some people have no patience. they post a question, and if no-one answers it in 5 minutes....they post another question, with the same words....only in a different order....aaarrrggghhhhhh!

Aww, guys.

We were just teasing =0(

Some questions don't attract too many proper answers (none at all, in this case).

Still, if you think that we are ... rude, obnoxious, idiots, etc ...

... we'll leave leave you alone to deal with the deluge of sensible answers.

tumbleweed drifts past

But geronimo50 ... how can you call us illiterate when tweenyb's last post contains the word "ammend" ?

Anyway, sorry to be light hearted on your post. As you don't want "the likes of us" on your post, we'll go and stand in a corner with our "D" hats on.

Sorry x x x

There are several things that you can take to try to lower cholesterol, all worth a try.
Garlic as lozzylou suggested. Soluble fibre rich foods such as porridge oats, lentils, beans and pulses can lower 'bad' chol. and increase 'good' chol.
Green tea may help and also lecithin (available at health food shop).

JoggerJayne and Daniela 31 you are both pathetic.
why not get a life and leave other people to theirs.

If multi posting annoys you so much that you have to post abuse on a friendly commuity board website such as this and probably oters too (which again my questions were similar but NOT the same) then you really need help.

its a sunny day, go get some sun and smile, try not to push over a child or a granny whilst your out.... we know you like to think you are big and clever and feel the need to throw your weight around in order to feel important!!!
