I am 18 years old, and am quite short probably just over 5". What is my heathly weight on average?

I am clinically obese at nearly 16 stone!!!!
Mmmmmm, sub-5 minute miles, heart like an ox and a BMI of around 25.
Go for BMI reading only and aim for around the 30 mark. Less the fitter, more the chubbier, but not a massive issue until you reach about 35 percent body fat. Over 40, consider dieting for health reason.
