Whenever my dog is alone(or when he thinks nobody's looking) he tends to jump onto the table and take things, mostly paper towels, or paper plates, or treats. We have tried to stop this bad habit, but if we leave him alone for one minute we find another thing off the table and in his mouth. Please help!

Don't leave anything on the table! Seriously, you need to set up a pile of stuff that will crash down and scare the living daylights out of him when he does it. Pile up some pots and pans (obviously nothing that will actually hurt him) and balance them precariously with some paper plates or whatever so when he jumps up they create such a noise and clatter down and hopefully this will put him off, as he won't know where it came from.
