neck and chest cream

I watched a beauty programme on TV the other day, and it was saying how this cream called Bliss Thinny Thin Chin was excellent for the nect and chest. Has anyone tried it?

wot is it meant to do? Im presuming by the name it helps slim down & tone chins n chest? ....allegedly.
these creams r bought, & people think they will work, so they apply lots & make sure they really rub it in........its not the cream, its the massaging motion that helps firm. same as cellulite creams, waste of money. just get e45 & make sure u give it a really good massage in2 the skin.
