in shock, knowing you are late and you alarm clock never went off. the fear that makes you get dressed and out of the house in under 5 mins

Woke up about 4am (again!) Getting too old to be waking up at this time to be able to function properly for the rest of the day. At least it's the weekend, would be worse if I had work today.

Agree about waking up late or abruptly, although it happened on Thursday at exactly 2am to a text message telling me I was an Auntie, I didn't mind :o)

Or possibly by a stiffy poking into your back and a wandering hand sneaking across you. Or is that the best way to be woken up?

I was lazy too then, up just before 10.00 but I've made up for it by doing 2 loads of washing, cutting the grass, shopping then washed the car and all my flooring!
Worst for me is after only 1� hrs sleep, and Im all dilerious and on another dreamlike planet lol

I hate being woken up by a need to wee. You know when you try to go back to sleep but you can't stop thinking about it? Or if you do manage to, you dream about not being able to find a loo...!

My youngest daughter woke us up this morning at 7.30 am...

All week I have had to drag her out of bed for school, typical, first chance of a lie in and she is awake at the crack of dawn!!

I hate being woken by a nightmare, I wake up all dissorientated and scared!!!

I was woken at 6.10 by my neighbour and his wife arguing and fighting yet again,when they went quiet I managed to nod off for a bit but then they kept starting up again and I heard him hit his missus so I got up and was about to call the police when I heard her go out.
