I have has hayfever for the past 5 years and each year it gets worse. The doctor only ever prescribes the stuff that is already on the shelves and im sure I have tried every tablet out there. NOTHING WORKS! its doing my head in, last night i layed in bed still awake at 4 in the morning crying because i couldnt sleep, its that bad. So...i have just been to Lloyds Chemist and spoke to them and i ended up buying an allergy reliever which you stick up your nose and it uses red light therapy to suppress the cells that release histamine.

Has anyone used this? Does it work or have i just wasted 15 quid?! Please help, im desperate for a good nights sleep.

I haven't tried this myself but have seen it reviewed on TV and on a website (not sure which one, perhaps ciao.co.uk) and it got good reviews and was recommended by a dr!

Let me know how it goes!

It is called allergy Reliever, its Lloyds own brand. I have actually looked on the internet and found similar things but much more expensive. So far so goog though!!
