wot time do abers go to bed, my family and friends seem to think i go quite early between 10 and 10.30 depending whats on tv, but i still fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow and although i am up in the mornings between 6 and 6.30 i could still be asleep at 10 in the morning if given the chance.

I go about 1 - 2 am. I always plan to go earlier but never do

Usually about half 10-11 unless i get chatting on msn or am watching something good on the telly or am out.

I am a real early bird, often going up to bed at 9. I like to watch the tv in bed and my hubby works very funny hours so if he has to be up at say 3am, then i go with him. Sometines if he's not here i might stay up later! lol

depends i do try to get to bed around 11/11.30pm and im up for 5.30am

About 1030 ish. If something goods on TV though will stay up or if I'm out. Always wake up at 6.30am even on my days off sometimes go back to sleep but not always.

Yea, but not happy getting up in the morning. i have to do a four mile walk before work as well.

Not before midnight - if I do go earlier, I lie awake staring at the ceiling anyway so I may as well stay up!

Depends, if its been a hectic day, around 11pm. Otherwise 12 to 12.30am is the norm for me.

If I'm ill then I may go to bed before 11, but that's very rare. If I have to get up at 7 (2 days a week mainly) then I'll go to bed by 11:30-11:45, but if I don't set an alarm then it's anytime between 12 and 1.

depends on if i am working (i'm freelance)
when i'm working i will aim for about 9-10 hours before i have to get up, whatever time that is, when i am not working anything from 2am to 4 am

i sleep when i am tired, get up when i am not.

Usually around 2am...on Tuesday I didn't go to bed at all. In retrospect not something I'd recommend- from 4:30am onwards the floor can start to sway badly every few hours or so.

This was particularly scary when walking down a staircase in Sheffield's Arts Tower.
