Have a lovely weekend. It is just so hot today in North Norfolk. I have wilted.

Hi ray, gessoo, yesterday i posted on here that i had never lost a loved one to cancer (yet) this morning we got the news that a very very close family friend of my husbands, was diagnosed with cancer of the uterus .How ironic is that. She is actually his mothers best friend but we have always looked upon her as auntie and call her as such. She is the most generous, kind, lovely, loving lady and we are all very sad to hear this news but we want to remain positive. She is due to have more tests to see if it has spread any.if it has, it is not good news. Fingers and everything else crossed for our auntie Sandra!

hey jules, sorry to hear your news - best wishes and big hugs.

Hi julie, I am so sorry to hear that sad news, she must remain positive, the treatments now are superb, when my wife was diagnosed, when anyone said to her why you ? you are such a lovely person, she allways replied,Why not me ? and she was never down, smiling, laughing, positive, very tired, but it never stopped her looking forward, Wish I could give you a cuddle, and your "auntie" wish her well and keep her smiling it does help, take care julie,I am thinking of you, Ray xx

Thinking of Auntie Sandra jules and sending love and hopes of a good recovery.

Will someone else raise a post over the weekend? I think people must be getting fed up with seeing my name!

gesso, we could never get fed up with you, thanks for the wishes. xx ray, as ever, you are a kind and lovely man, i would love a cuddle from you so here goes (( )) big hugs sorry, but thats the best i can do! xx thanks too hellibobs, such nice thoughts, it's more my hubbys family really but i do think the world of her too.She has been so kind to me and my sons.My mum in law is very upset cause they have a relationship as strong as any sisters. I am a very positive person though and refuse to bow down to this evil disease!
