(01:20 on Sun 21/May/06) The quinine in tonic water is really good for preventing cramp and the rest is only soda water so unless you are allergic to quinine then the shouldn't be any side effects

thanks everyone for your response, it's was much needed and is appreciated. i feel better now knowing that after drink sooo much tonic water, all that quinine is harmless. cheers!
