This may not be the 'appropriate' section. However, I was having a perfectly nice day when I see a reply to a question I posted in Animal section about my cat liking the taste of earwax (because she chews my earplugs). Somebody, in their wisdom, decides to tell me I am 'not normal'. My question is, why be so downright nasty to people? Have you ever posted a remark to someone just to be offensive? What do you think peoples motives are?

Im my opinion my question was perfectly normal, and judging by the responses I got Im not totally barking!!

You are always gonna get idiots posting on here. Luckily they don't stay long because they soon realise that this is a serious site, and that everyone ignores their stupid comments. Just ignore them- and report their rude answer!!

alijangra, good morning! Just so you don't feel badly about your post I'll have you know that my cat licks my armpit while I'm sleeping so I guess I'm not normal either! xx
Hi, I think that your cat likes you ear wax because it reminds it of you.
Just as puppies/ dogs/ some humans take articles of clothing to sleep on with. Some chew shoes of theri favourite human
( probably not the humans here)
I know of a rabbit that licks its owners trousers.
Taste and smell trigger memories stronger than other triggers.
I think it means your cat loves you
If you want to keep your earplgs longer put a bit of essential oil on them and see if that does the trick.
