Bachs Rescue Remedy is good as well as Kalms. They do work but in taking them they also have a placebo effect.Good Luck to your daughter.

I have suffered from anxiety for years and have tried almost every homeopathic remedy there is! Things like Kalms and Rescue Remedy have never done a thing for me, the only thing I have had that has worked is a little bottle of liquid called Aspen.

This is available from Holland and Barrett with a little dropper and is applied neat to your tongue, and I have always found it calming. However I also believe that different remedies work for different people and it is just a case of finding one that will work for your daughter

Two minutes or more of deep breaths, in through the nose, out through the mouth, takes practice, but apart from a calming effect, it gives you time to collect your thoughts, nothing to beat it.

Hypnotherapy is excellent for this kind of problem. A couple of sessions reasonably close to the exam time shoud do the trick. Julia.
