Have a skin rash and worried that it could be serious

For the past 3 months I developed a red patch just above my gluteal cleft (this was present for weeks but more or less resolved with steroid cream). It was a weird symmetrical shape it actually looked like 2 seahorses kissing each other

I then developed red patches on both hips as shown in the pic I have had these for about 3 months. I also have 3 smaller much more more faded patches which go in a diagonal pattern just above the buttocks on the back

I have been googling and have found some scary stuff which looks like this (mycosis etc)

I have anxiety and have been to the gp for various other things in the past few weeks (fainting/panic attacks) I don’t want to mither him again

Just wanted opinions on what this could be. Here are some pictures of it

That is true sqad lol never been called fat before as I’m usually slim/a runner. Put on weight recently. I blame work stress and a family death but we are responsible for our own health it’s my own fault

I’m going to work on the diet/exercise for defo. At least I have more weight/resistance to work with for my pull ups/body weight exercises : D
Question Author
I am only on antihistamines/steroid nasal sprays

Ignore my last post just realised you were replying to the other user haha, that’s me being paranoid/taking things the wrong way

Sure hope it’s not ringworm : / : / : /

Nip to the chemist for some Lamisil cream and apply it 3 times a day.
Question Author
I will try that lamisil squad thanks

My gp mentioned psoriasis for another rash I had last year (itchy gluteal cleft) so there’s a chance it could be psoriasis- was hoping it isn’t as it’s quite a bad diagnosis with the potential for arthiritis and CVD etc so I’l hope that it’s fungal and try the lamisil first. Thanks!
Granuloma annulare?
