Thursday. I haven't looked out yet, but it's a wee bit warmer than it has been at this time for the last few days. Friends coming to lunch, had a phone call from them last night to say they will be earlier than expected, so I will have to be away earlier this morning, still got a fair bit to do. All go innit!

have picked up another cat..Spot..white with a black splodge on his back..no idea of his real name..his owner died about 2 years ago and, although her son is still here, he is by and large neglected in favour of 2 new dogs.... have been out giving him his brekkie..he can't come in as he sprays..have bought a wee kennel/shelter for him with big fluffy cushion with lots of catnip..he seems happier now..and Mia tolerates him now...
