....was strange.

Yes, those who answered my original post were correct. It was the expansion vessel which needed re-pressurising......so thank you.

Strange was that the plumber who came to fix it was taller than Dave......and that doesn't happen often.....Dave looking up to speak to someone.......

I felt like a tiny Leprechaun with a now cricked neck....... and one slightly dented light shade in the utility room..........:-(

It was chilly this morning, Marval....cosy now but it must be difficult doing that job when you're so tall....all that bending and scrabbling in awkward places...nice chap...x

I don't think that's what Spath meant when he said puffed out a bit.
Correct it's not what i meant, past tense but it's what i will mean in the future.
You could get lost in there Spath, be careful.
