Lord I Was Worried...
22 Answers
We arrived at the only nut farm in Belgium. It is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by a high and dense conifer hedge....which is surrounded by a high security fence with a large gate.
Dave had to speak into an intercom to gain entrance......I didn't hear what he said....sounded like....I have brought her...now what?
The gate slid open with an ominous slow groan...... :-(...I have no idea how to operate the gate should I want to leave....
Dave then told me we were going to have dinner on an industrial estate....it was bleak......again in the middle of nowhere......but.....
It was fantastic....food, cocktails and wine......but I am still worried...I keep remembering that programme.....The Prisoner......
Will I make it home...or be left running from a big bouncy ball until one of you rescues me?... :-(

Yes Chris / La Tavola - it was (to my surprise) absolutely rammed with people and we were lucky to get a table. Service was (understandably) glacial in speed- but warm in evety other way.
Food was epic - both in portion size and quality of cooking - I had to forgo exploration of the extensive beer list (driving) but am now enjoying a perky little Alsace number back at the hotel.
