If you have leftover green veg as well, you could chop up the gammon and veg, put it all in a pie dish with a cheese sauce, cover with sliced potatoes and bake.

I'd prefer the bubble and squeak with egg, as suggested by rocky, and use the meat for sandwiches, possibly with a bit of some of the multiple jars of chutney you must have received.

I had an ex once who ALWAYS curried the leftover turkey - delish !

Yes slinky you can, just ensure that when you defrost that you heat it so that it is very hot in the middle.

I did the whole turkey roast shebang, ate none of it, made me sick looking at it and now putting in my brown food caddy to be collected tomorrow, defrosting a steak for tomorrow, not buying another turkey again..ever

I am tilly, I just cooked all that, watched all the how to cook stuff for Christmas, not that I don't know, but, after all the hooha of it, once it was on my plate, I couldn't stomach it, been eating cheese and smoked salmon for days, I even made one of those pack soups with mashed spuds and it was yummy. Thankfully I'm very well

I've cubed up leftover gammon and turkey and put in 'tupperware' containers to use later for curry and pasta, did it last year and it worked fine. Already had both cold with bubble and squeak (lush) fed up with it now.
