Tea tree cream is really good for this sort of thing. Optima Australian Tea tree cream is available at Holland and Barrett for about £5.00. Tube lasts ages! Hope it helps!

I agree with murray^^^ Canestan would be a good choice.

crotamiton cream (eurax) is good for general itchiness. canestan is only any good if the itching is caused by fungal infection. If she is continually getting fungal infections, it might be worth getting checked out for diabetes as it can be a warning sign. It might also be worth stopping using stuff like talc and scented skin products, shower gels and so on; also does her bra fit properly and is it rubbing?

I had itching and sore under-boobs for years. I started using Sudocreme and it has all healed, it took a couple of weeks to look and feel okay but the tub is only a couple of pounds. Ten years down the line I have had no repeat of the sore bits.

instead of using a cream or anything moist it will clear up much faster with an antifungal powder like Scholl Athletes foot powder because an infection like that likes warm damp conditions
