Sunday. The day is going to start sunny, it would be nice if it stayed that way!

I've started moving stuff back into the kitchen. It shouldn't hinder the painters or the floor layers. With a bit of luck I will have it back by Wednesday.

Have a happy day everyone.

Morning xx how are you? Really icy here. My youngest child is currently doing an impression of Stephen Hawking eating an ice cream cone. I'm trying to tell him why that isn't nice. Without actually laughing :-/ xx

Coffee time. Back in a tick.
Morning all, Happy Mater's Day to all mothers on here, well to those who want to celebrate their mothers.....

Dry and grey, the rain perhaps not far off, not that cold this morning and the heating has now been switched off.

Morning DT. Difficult to say what it's going to do here.
Out for lunch today, not a restaurant, but my sister's.......
Question Author
That sounds good DT. I take it your sister is a good cook?
very good, cordon-bleu trained and then has been No 1 chef to a few eating establishments before she met her partner - and no need to work, though she used to have some private customers around the UK that she would cook for. She used to make an enormous quantity of christmas cakes for the Grocer of Knightsbridge's emporium....
