the cherry blossom and apple blossom are out on the trees. A few weeks early.

Going to Wotton-under-Edge today, to my favourite shop. Then I'll go round the corner to have a coffee with friends. Can't be bad!

If you wish. It's a bit morbid. It occurred to me I've still (!) not made a will, but if I did, what happens if the named executor died before me ? Turns out authorities choose another beneficiary or family member or failing that a disinterested third party. Makes sense I suppose. Must make one some time soon.

in Scotland the office of the public guardian would act as executor unless some other person applied via court to become executor OG...

Morning everyone. Just reading the latest posts and trying to decide if I want to buy a flat in Pune and invest in some Selenium classes.

had visit from sis and mum yesterday..I am now custodian of a large Banksy original canvas 'till sis eventually decide where she is to retire..it is a variation on girl with balloons but with added Scottish bits..pipers and Edinburgh Castle hiddden within..quandry ..do I tell insurance or not...as it is signed twice it's value on the market is several hundred K's !!!

OG it's a good plan to have two executors for that reason. Or three if you wish.
