Quite the opposite...I'm glad the whole thing's over and we can get back to normal. Delighted, in fact!
Yes nailit can also be related to change of normal routine and or SAD (seasonal affective disorder)
Like Ginge says, I'm glad it's over.
Ging I will be more than happy to get out and on tomorrow, feeling a bit enclosed. Christmas decs down on Sunday then we can start again normally
Just finished taking decs and tree down and put away in loft, house looks bare now- don't like it :-(
Not yet, but I expect I will on Tuesday when the kids go back to school.

took my decs down yesterday, usually do it new years day but I was bored yesterday and wanted get my flat back to normal, had a bit of a spring clean in fact. Now I havnt got my twinkly lights to cheer me up....
Yes Nailit, it can be a depressing time. Still back to normal tomorrow!
certainly doesn't feel like a Thursday, what with most shops being closed and all the football fixtures (if you're into that)
Try to leave my decs and missatol up to as close to 6th jan as possible
I've got to take the tree down tomorrow or Saturday (which I think is too early) - himself and the car are not going to be here to take it to the tip after Sunday.
My decorations stay until Jan 5th....my mistletoe stays all year.... ;-)
If you don't put decs up you won't feel sad taking them down :-)
Ever hopeful G.... ;0)

Glad it's done... now the hell of january to get through!!
Ya i know DB but I wanted to tidy up, and generally de-clutter, and before I knew it I was on a roll and tidied the ruddy lot away.
No, I got that flat depressed feeling BEFORE "The Festivities"
I'm glad it's over too. I could quite happily live without all the nonsense of silly season.
Been a long break this year glad to be out and about this morning
Couldn't wait to get through it all asap this year. My daughter arrives next Saturday morning and I cant wait to see her.
