Hi Anne - haven't read anywhere re I think are you becoming a grandmother - if so, very many congrats.

I could teach you how to crochet - far quicker than knitting - ie one row of crochet is about 3 rows of knitting LOL.

Murray I just crochet patterns from the oul head. Used to crochet a lot yesteryear many babies matinee, bonnets, boys caps and all of my aunts and mother got waistcoats but my shoulder I don't think could do it now. Yes, Anne sister is coming - am cooking pamphrey (green cabbage), potatoes, pork chops, bacon and sausage and maybe throw a lamb chop in. Bought a rack of lamb yesterday and got it boned - this butcher's meat is just lovely.
