I've now got 2 x MRIs, 1 on 24/03, 1 on 28/03, one for Head, one for spine'
They won't do them together 'cause of AVR.
+ Guys Valve Clinic on 27/03
Gotta wait 'til 24/04 to see Neurologist.

Sparkles, Yes had that last time in 2009 when I was an inpatient at St Thomas's, thought I'd be ok this time as I'm not ill, as such.

I had a 'thing' in hospital last week. I asked the consultant how many of these procedures he had done. he said ' don't worry your my second '' ! I asked if he had 'lost' anyone on the table he said ' not yet '. I didn't hurt myself when I ran out the door . :)

I had an MRI brain scan a while ago. I actually enjoyed it but I didn't have a mask. Could you maybe put a superhero outfit on and then the mask might feel more acceptable.

Good luck with the next attempt. They sent me a couple of pictures of my brain which I have framed and on display.
