I know it's a bit of a cliché but I am.

I eat well, don't sleep that well and I exercise almost every day but just lately, I feel I could sleep on a clothesline. It usually hits at about four o'clock in the afternoon and I really begin to feel my feet dragging.

Don't want to go to the doctors with TAT!

If you are going take iron then make sure there is plenty of fruit and veh in your diet as iron supplements can be very constipating.
I don't want a nap every day, Tilly.... but sometimes I get one anyway. (TV or sitting on a train do it.) But if you have one, and still feel tired, then off to your GP. These things do have possible medical causes.

What do you think we're all paying him for?? It's to get you well.
