Have you considered that you may be anaemic? Try iron supplements. You may even be getting too much sleep - nine hours sounds like a lot. Do you snore?

Agree with Sachs.
Go to your GP and get yourself checked out.
There are all kinds of reasons for being as tired as you describe and most of them can be very simply diagnosed and treated.

Hi Sarah - go to your doctors and tell them and they'll probably take some bloods to test. Could be something like anaemia or thyroid malfunction which can easily be treated but you really need to get it checked properly.

Hope you get it sorted. :-)

Sarah, I found out recently I was B12 deficient, look up the symptoms. Also as shaneystar said, could be underactive thyroid. Also another thought, are your periods heavy?

medical opinion stresses that most thyroid problems are very easily sorted so don't get anxious about it

Oh o.k! One thing ruled out then. Well your doctor will know the obvious things to look for, really worth going to rule things out! xxx
