I am 18 and have been suffering from PMS for a while but this month it has stayed with me during my period. I have exams coming up, could the teary and moodness be stress or is it possibly just longer than usual PMS?

cheers

Hello, This can be a number of things! Are you on the pill or taking hormone injections? My friend used the hormone injections and it made her very aggressive. If not have you changed your diet?
It could be stress.  Sometimes you just don't realise how much things are getting to you.  Even if you feel quite relaxed about your exams you could be panicking inside.

Hi, Its is probably the stress m,aking your symptoms worse. Are you eating as well as you should, and are you drinking more alcohol or caffeine than normal as these can effect your symptoms.
