i think on the menopause periods are irregular; missing out and then when do come on not on for so long as used to be but still getting all the period pains and the feeling of coming on the dizziness and migraines

Ask your doctor to do a blood test for Follicle Stimulating Hormones (FSH).

blood tests for anaemia will show nothing. you need to be tested for fsh. and no, i doubt humber was joking. maybe you do need to relax?

stress can be one of teh factors of misssed periods and other symptoms you mention

Desktop I am in it right now, though I'm too young for it.
I get dizzy spells, hot flushes and fatigue. Who knows how long that's gonna last.
I'm not allowed to take HRT.
