What causes it? if I sit still for to long I can hardly get up due to feeling stiff and then as soon as I start moving about I'm fine again

Could be a number of things. Stiff where? Are you stiff first thing in the morning and how long does it last for?

Did you have any tests for arthritis etc...? Seem to remember you asking something about it on a previous thread.

Yes Jenna I had a blood test but it didn't show any signs of arthritis it's a stiffness all over my legs my back it's whenever I am resting ie sitting in the chair when I get out of bed in the morning or during the night if I have to visit the loo in fact whenever I am still for any length of time even getting out of the car after driving a distance
