I occasionally suffer from cystitis and have been told that cranberry tablets might help. Would these tablets be safe to take if I am already taking tablets for high blood pressure?

There is so much discussion and opinions on the effectiveness of Cranberry in ANY form and there is no scientific evidence that it works.

If you want to give it a try then it will be fine to mix with any BP reducing tablets.

Thanks sqad. I might have a go. I have been having cranberry juice. Apart from reports that this juice helps prevent cystitis, I do rather like the taste anyway. Then I read something about fruit juice being irritating in other ways. Hence the idea about the tablets. I am a bit concerned about taking any medication with the B/P tablets I am on and always ask advice first.
