My left toe joint is giving me trouble. Probably arthritis but it makes me limp outside when walking. Im fine indoors so was wondering if there is a special kind of shoe I could wear, perhaps a really good sole? Any help please?

you may be as well visiting either a chiropodist who may know which brands or styles would ease your problem, or, go see your GP and ask to be referred to a podiatrist who again, may have knowledge of specialist footwear manufacturers who could provide a bespoke fit.
i wondered if you'd tried crocs? I have arthritis in all my toes and find them the most comfy, and the fake ones too. they are not all that expensive to try (if they don't work)
