Dram premonitions

For the last 20 years I have memories from dreams which have come true. The more times they came true the more I relied upon them as a comfort. However I dreamt that my wife had a ct scan and her liver was riddled with lesions. If I have these premonitions there must be a reason. But what?

I've always had scenes where I am and what I am seeing just for a moment that have embedded themselves in me. I have taken comfort knowing I will not die until I have seen the vision but now this. It's really messed my head up
