Vitamins.....

I had a shoulder operation last Sept and have recently had 2 further procedures on it (the last one being this morning!) so at the moment it is very sore and painful. I am very tired and not sleeping because of the discomfort.
Please can anyone recommend any vitamins that may help? I have been on various health websites but there are so many i don't know where to start!
Thanks

its not the article i read but it gives some info

hop eyou get better soon
vits probably won't help as much as decent pain killers and sleep...
There is no medical suggestion that vitamins will help in the situation that you have described.

Don't waste your money.

The advice by rowan is appropriate.

Thank you!
ditto painkillers and sleep are the best things, but if you are not going to be eating properly as a consequence of the surgery, bandages/cast, nausea and meds etc, then i would buy a tonic, like floridix, to top you up!

you just take it twice per day for 5 days, and it is rich in iron!
A lot of people get constipated by taking iron. I take Spatone which is natural iron & does not cause constipation. It`s also safe for pregnant women & young chldren to take.
