Evening Primrose Oil

Has anyone got a pot of Evening Primrose Oil and can look at the label for me. I want to know if it is OK for my 11 year old daughter to take. I think she's getting hormonal and wondered if this might help her.

Also, makes sure she takes Vit c too as it enhances the affects of the evening primrose oil

Should she take the vit c at the same time? Easy enough to get her to wash them down with orange juice.

Doctors used to prescribe it for period pain, I was one who used it every day and it did help. It isn't prescribed any more, so you have to buy it from herbal shops.
