Well..............in that case what you would really benefit from is a shot of depot steroid..........e.g depot medrone.

Unfortunately that is by prescription only.
cool shower and clean clothes immediately you come in from work. Wash your hair as well. Don't take your outdoor clothes into your bedroom.

steroid ??..that word..bad news ??...now Sqad..kiss of anti pollen...much nicer idea ! exist yet ?
by outdoor clothes, i don't just mean your coat, i mean the clothes you have been outside in. I feel your pain. I was a martyr to hayfever from my 20's to my 40's and then it just vanished as quickly as it had come.
MM im really bad with it ...reeeeally bad

I keep banadryl 15min capsules to hand when i feel the massive itch

I take Phenergan every night (aka promethazine) knocks me out as its a slight sedative- the hayfever was waking me up at night!!!!!! Ive had 5wks off wok before with it and this tablets worked wonders.

Also used the light therapy machine from lloyds i stick up my nose- it helped and i also used a "hayband" - an accupressure band worn round the elbow to some effect- recommended it to another aber whos son also had good effect lol!!!

Also a steroid nasal spray. Hahaha i really have used it all
It was ruining my life but touch wood its been ok!!!! I also used an air purifier xxxx
One year I took local honey and it was excellent (we don't live quite so much in the countryside now so it hasn't been so bad in the last couple of years so haven't bothered). The first spoonful drove my hay fever mental and I was cursing having taken it, but subsequent days it worked a treat (has to be local though).
