Update on Nan

It's uterine cancer. The Doctor said it's a "big cancer" and "Its a shame that we didn't catch it earlier".

I don't know whether she meant in terms of the complicated surgery Nan will have to undergo or whether she was saying that it is too late to give her a cure. Either way, she's off to Cheltenham in a matter of days. Fingers crossed.

fingers crossed for you, NoM, in all of this. It's not easy but at least the wheels are rolling now and it is amazing what they can pull now.

Hope they can offer some more positive news in Cheltenham. At least it is a proper regional cancer centre I know how close you are so everything crosed
