Psoriasis - UVB treatment

Hi, keen to hear any experiences any of you may have had in the treatment of your psoriasis? My boyf has been using UVA sunbeds to help treat his condition for some time, but I find this worrying. His dermatologist has exhausted pretty much everything else, so we are now looking at purchasing a hand-held UVB lamp to use at home - any replies gratefully received. Cheers

I used to go with a mate to her hospital appointments and they used to place the soles of her feet and the palms of hands on these UVB lamps. She had a few treatments and has never had it again..
