Help Sqad!

Am packing my meds for my English trip and have forgotten what this is for = Irbesartan/Hidroclorotiazida, Is if for my BP as I normally tak Coaproval but sometimes they dish out a cheape one? and do we need to get a European England? Thanks x

Thanks, have been stockpilinjg them monthly and have forgotten which is which (I know, tut) I get them every month and the doctor gave me an extra prescription for now which is why I am confused.
